Before joining Arena, Chika worked in distressed private equity and private credit at Tenbrook Management, and before that, in private equity and private credit investment at Fortress Investment Group. He previously worked in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance at Bank of America, and he started his career in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs.
Chika holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
