Josh has more than a decade of experience managing tax operations and tax planning initiatives for hedge funds, credit funds, and private equity funds spanning many industries, jurisdictions and investment lifecycle stages. Josh was previously director of tax at Prelude Capital, LLC, a multi-manager hedge fund, where he was responsible for strategic tax planning and tax compliance. Before that, he held similar roles at DW Partners, LP and Clearwater Capital, LLC, both credit hedge funds. Josh began his career at KPMG in the New York financial services tax group.

Josh holds a BS in accounting from Touro College, summa cum laude, and an MS in tax from Baruch College.
