With more than 20 years of experience in commercial property investment and development and 10 years in residential and commercial real estate finance, Jonathan’s expertise includes management of complex commercial loans and sourcing, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate credit.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan was general manager of an HNW Realty private industrial and commercial property portfolio. Previously, he held senior roles in property finance with BNZ and with ANZ, which included time as head of business development for Pacific Islands hotel finance.
Jonathan holds a BMS (bachelor of management studies) degree in business from the University of Waikato.
