aAndrew Rabinowitze

President and General Counsel

Andrew has more than 30 years of experience in the asset management industry. He joined Arena Investors Group Holdings (AIGH) from alternative asset manager 26North where he served as a senior partner and general counsel, overseeing the firm’s Enterprise Solutions team and serving on the firm’s Management Committee. He was also a board member of its insurance affiliates, among other responsibilities. Prior to that, Andrew served as Co-CEO at K2 Integrity, a global risk and consulting advisory firm. Earlier in his career, Andrew spent nearly 20 years in leadership roles at Marathon Asset Management, including as president, partner, and general counsel, where he helped grow the firm’s assets under management from approximately $250 million to more than $24 billion. He sat on Marathon’s Executive Committee. At Marathon, Andrew oversaw finance, legal, marketing, product development, human resources, public relations, compliance, operations, and third-party relationships. Prior to that, Andrew worked at Schulte, Roth & Zabel as a practicing attorney and Ernst & Young on various consulting and audit engagements in the asset management industry.

Andrew is the co-founder and co-president of R Baby Foundation, which now works with more than 1,200 hospitals around the world to improve medical care. He is admitted to the bar in New York and the District of Columbia and is a CPA in New York and Maryland.
