Victor focuses on illiquid and liquid credit-oriented investment strategies. In 2015, Victor helped launch Arena, where he evaluates a range of special situation investments across various size, capital structure, and liquidity spectrums and manages capital-raising initiatives. Before that, he was a senior analyst at the hedge fund Stabilis Capital Management, where he sourced, structured, and underwrote credit investments secured by distressed real estate, energy, and other hard assets.
He previously served as an associate at D.B. Zwirn & Co., where he identified, evaluated, and restructured investments in event arbitrage and liquid and illiquid credit, and as an analyst at JPMorgan’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group, where he assisted in the origination, structuring, and syndication of high yield bonds and leveraged loans.
Victor graduated with honors with a BA in economics from the University of Chicago and earned an MBA and Certificate in Law from the Wharton School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, respectively.
