Vivek has more than 20 years of experience in the asset-based finance sector. At Arena, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing transactions across asset classes and sectors including secured and unsecured consumer credit, fintech, aviation, trade receivables finance, IP licensing, investments in Latin America, equipment finance, and certain niche real estate sectors.
Before joining the firm at its inception in 2015, Vivek was a director at LibreMax Capital, where he managed investments in consumer and esoteric ABS sectors. He previously held a variety of roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the structuring and origination groups and was a trader on the ABS trading desk.
Vivek holds a bachelor of engineering degree from CIT in India.
